About Beauty Wagon

Beauty Wagon was built by hockey players who were tired of inconsistent skate sharpening and unclear service expectations.

Josh Smyth

Partner

Josh Smyth is a lifelong hockey player, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Beauty Wagon Skate Co. Josh played ACHA hockey at Liberty University and has been part of the Raleigh hockey community for nearly two decades.
As both a player and hockey parent, Josh built Beauty Wagon out of a passion for serving the game and the families around it. His daughter currently plays for the Junior Canes, and their family spends countless hours at the rink as active members of the local hockey community.
With a background in business, branding, and customer experience, Josh wanted to create a sharpening company that delivers professional-level quality with convenience and community at its core.
